How to Apply

Applications for the 2024 funding cycle are now open. Applications will close on Friday 3rd May at 6pm. For further questions please email louisa.d@rethink-event.com

Eligibility

● Applications must include at least two organisations working together. Collaboration is our primary criteria.

● The lead organisation must be a Chapter 88 charitable organisation (the other organisation(s) can be a charity, social enterprise, or private company).

● The project has a clear impact mission focused on environmental or social sustainable development in Hong Kong.

● The lead charitable organisation under Section 88 does not exceed in the previous financial year annual expenditure of HK$15 million and has a minimum 5 years’ track record in serving the Hong Kong community.

● The lead charitable organisation must commit to taking part in The D. H. Chen Foundation’s Project Fire Fellowship Program. This will involve active participation from 1-2 regular, fixed staff from each lead organisation in the Program’s monthly 4-hour networking and co-learning session, for a duration of 8 months. The sessions are tentatively planned to occur during Friday afternoons of the last week of each month.
