How to Apply

Applications for funding will open on Monday 2nd February 2026. We encourage NGOs and social enterprises interested in collaborative impact projects to apply via the application form below. If your organisation meets our criteria and you have a collaborative project idea ready to make a difference, we invite you to apply and join our mission to amplify social impact through partnership.

Applications will close at 6pm on Tuesday 3rd March. For further questions please email louisa.d@rethink-event.com.

Eligibility

● Applications must include at least two organisations working together. Collaboration is our primary criteria.

● The lead organisation must be a Chapter 88 charitable organisation (the other organisation(s) can be a charity, social enterprise, or private company).

● The project has a clear impact mission focused on environmental or social sustainable development in Hong Kong.

● The lead charitable organisation under Section 88 does not exceed in the previous financial year annual expenditure of HK$15 million.
